The collaborative culture and the opportunities for continuous learning have been instrumental in my career development.”

Emily was born in Cheraw, South Carolina but moved to Greensboro when she was very young. She attended UNCW in Wilmington, North Carolina for a year before transferring back to UNCG to finish out her bachelor’s degree. Her favorite food as a child was mashed potatoes made by her mammaw who used to watch her every day after school. She has since upgraded to bacon cheese fries with ranch. Throw in some jalapeños and she is in heaven.

Emily is motivated by accountability, perseverance, and tackling challenges. She enjoys spending her free time traveling, cooking complicated recipes, learning new languages, and meeting new people!
