4ALL Statewide Service Day – How It Started

During Janet Ward Black‘s tenure as President of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), she started the initiative known as 4ALL Statewide Service Day that would serve individuals across the state of North Carolina that had legal questions…for FREE!  This NCBA service day has continued every year since its beginning in 2008 and just completed their 15th annual event this past Friday.
